"One Day Longer"
The power of unions in America has been on the decline for decades. This month, thousands of union members and their families rallied in Brookwood, Alabama in support of 1,100 United Mine Workers who have been on strike since April 1st, fighting to get back concessions they made in 2016 to help get their company out of bankruptcy. The Warrior Met Coal Company has generated 3.5 billion dollars in revenue for Black Rock and other Wall Street investors during that five year period and the miners have been given nothing in return. These union miners are on the front line in a landmark battle for all of us American workers and they are vowing to hold out 'One Day Longer' for a fair contract.
